Do you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience an unforgettable aerial yoga journey – right in the heart of the forest? Are you longing for a break from overwhelming routines and stress? This retreat is for you.

We invite you to a unique weekend retreat that combines deep relaxation, regeneration of the body and mind, and true connection with nature. In the heart of the Beskid forests, in an ecologically sustainable home in Kamesznica, you’ll find a space free from city noise, off the grid, without signal, and without rush – completely unplugged.

This extraordinary house is powered entirely by nature – crystal-clear water from a deep well is used for drinking and bathing, while the surrounding greenery and birdsong become our daily backdrop for practice.

How to get there?
The Nearest Airport – Krakow John Paul II International Airport
The Retreat Centre is located deep in the forest, 2 – hour drive from the Krakow airport and the centre owners offer the airport pick – up and drop off for an extra fee of 100 Euro per person, which is the easiest and safest option.
Included in the program:
🌿 4 aerial yoga sessions (each lasting 2 hours) – gentle work with the body in hammocks, lifting you above the ground and bringing a sense of lightness and calm
🌲 Forest walks to forage for mushrooms and herbs, and hikes along mountain trails
🍄 A mushroom pickling workshop – we’ll create our own pantry full of natural probiotics
💆♀️ Relaxing massages and soothing evening rituals
🍽 Conversations and shared meals in a spirit of simplicity and community

It’s a weekend to disconnect with everything else — so you can truly reconnect with yourself. Take care of your body, breathe deeply, immerse yourself in the soothing energy of nature, and return to yourself with renewed strength.
See you in the forest! 🌲🧘♀️✨

HOSTS

Gosia Modlińska
An aerial acrobat and passionate aerial yoga instructor with over 8 years of experience, she has trained and taught across three continents: Asia, the USA, and Europe. She earned her teacher certification in California under the guidance of Carmen Curtis — a world-renowned trainer to stars like Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and many other stage and film artists.
She holds a degree in applied psychology, which allows her to deeply understand the needs of both body and mind. In her work, she integrates knowledge of movement, breath, and emotions to create a safe space for true regeneration.
Her second love is culinary arts — she lived in China for 10 years, where she founded and ran the first Polish restaurant. It was there that her fascination with mixology was born — the art of crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Her original recipes gained recognition and awards at local competitions in Shanghai.
She also led culinary workshops in Shanghai and Amsterdam — from seasonal cooking to traditional fermentation and homemade preserves. Today, she combines all her passions to create unique, multidimensional experiences at workshops, retreats, and events that nourish the body, soul, and senses.
