Zen & Zest is a modern approach to aerial wellness
Where strength, mobility, and deep release come together to create a body that feels good long-term.
Created by Gosia, a Polish aerialist, entrepreneur, mixologist, and chef, the method blends intelligent movement with sensory experience, bringing together both Zen (body) and Zest (flavour, creativity, and connection).
Raised in a family of farmers in Poland, Gosia developed an early connection to nature, rhythm, and physical work. Her journey later took her to China, where she spent a decade building creative businesses in the food & beverage world, while discovering aerial movement as a powerful tool for balance, strength, and self-expression.
It was there that her aerial journey began evolving through years of training across Shanghai, New York, California, and Amsterdam, and expanding into a deeper exploration of nervous system regulation, fascia, and intelligent movement.
The Aerial Zen Method
At the core of Zen & Zest is a unique approach to aerial training that goes beyond traditional classes.
Aerial Zen is designed to build a body that is:
- strong, without tension
- mobile, without instability
- supported, without stiffness
With a strong focus on the hips, spine, core, and fascia, each class combines:
- Controlled strength
- Deep, functional mobility
- Release of accumulated tension
The result is a practice that not only improves how your body looks but fundamentally changes how it feels and moves in everyday life.
This is not about pushing harder.
It’s about moving smarter.
Classes & Experiences
Zen & Zest offers regular aerial classes in the centre of Geneva, designed to help you build strength, mobility, and ease in your body over time.
Alongside weekly classes, you can also book private aerial experiences tailored to your needs from aerial birthday parties to small group sessions and special gatherings. These experiences combine movement, play, and connection in a unique and memorable way.
The Zest: Food & Drink Experiences
The “Zest” side brings Gosia’s background as a mixologist and chef into the experience.
This includes:
- Interactive cocktail and mocktail workshops
- Hands-on food experiences
- Curated sensory moments that bring people together through taste
These can be combined with movement sessions or offered as standalone experiences creating a full body + flavour journey.
A Space to Return To
Zen & Zest continues to evolve through classes, private experiences, and creative collaborations, while staying rooted in one intention:
Helping you build a body that feels free, strong, and at ease.
Come move, release, and reconnect one breath, one movement, one hammock at a time.
